Stephanie Dodd

Stephanie has been with the Community Campus Coalition since 2015 and brings years of experience working with nonprofits, corporations and campaigns raising funds, planning successful events and managing budgets. Her work in civic engagement started in high school and has continued into her adult life. She believes in the value of a quality education and opportunity for all. Stephanie earned her bachelors of business administration from the University of Cincinnati with majors in finance, information systems and digital business.

Stephanie previously served two terms on Ohio’s State Board of Education representing 13 counties in Central, Southeastern and Eastern Ohio. She is a board member with the Granville Education Foundation and a former member of the Junior League of Columbus Board of Directors and Franklin Park Conservatory Women’s Board.  

Stephanie resides in Granville with her husband, Dan, and their three children.


Noah Chartier

Communities Thriving VISTA Leader

Noah Chartier (he/him) is a second-year AmeriCorps member serving as the Communities Thriving VISTA Leader with Community Campus Coalition. In this role, he supports the Communities Thriving initiative by recruiting and supporting host sites and AmeriCorps members, advancing Triple C’s Student Basic Needs focus area, and assisting with programs and initiatives that strengthen civic and community engagement across Ohio.

Noah graduated from Denison University with degrees in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics and Women’s and Gender Studies, where he served as Student Body President. Prior to joining Triple C, he completed his first year of AmeriCorps service with City Year Columbus, supporting a sixth-grade math classroom and helping students build the skills and confidence to succeed.

Through his work with AmeriCorps and higher education, Noah is passionate about expanding opportunities for students, strengthening communities, and creating meaningful pathways for civic engagement and service.


Cael McCutcheon

Community Engagement Coordinator VISTA

Cael recently graduated from Marietta College with a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and will begin his MBA at Youngstown State University in 2026.

During his undergraduate experience, Cael was a student-athlete, resident assistant, and onboarding leader, developing leadership and relationship-building skills that he brings to his AmeriCorps service with Triple C.

Originally from Point Pleasant, West Virginia, Cael enjoys motorcycle racing, hiking, biking, and exploring new business ideas. He is excited to serve his community and make a lasting impact through his AmeriCorps term.
