Facilitator Guide:
- The event will be set up as a Zoom Meeting, so everyone’s camera and ability to talk/raise hands/etc will be on.
- You will be entering your breakout room at the same time as the participants, so please be ready to get started immediately as you enter the breakout room.
- Please plan to layout guidelines for your session when you enter your breakout room.
- My plan is to make all presenters a co-host so that you can mute and unmute people as needed.
- Please plan to record your session and if it saves to your local computer, I will create a Google Drive folder where you can drop in the recording after the day is done. Or, it will record to the Zoom cloud space and your responsibility is done at that point.
If you have any technical issues, you can leave the breakout and return to the main room for technical support, and here is the link just in case: https://zoom.us/j/94871098519?pwd=d213Q2xzWkVJbVk2TG56cFhEUTUvZz09
There are about 65 people registered for the event on Friday.
